Important Hotel Information
The daily rates are per person and per day, and include our special Gourmet Plan and all Sonnenberg amenities.
The flat rates for week-long stays are for stay from Saturday to Saturday, and are per person (incl. our special "Pamper Yourself" Plan).

Types of Payment
Payment in cash, by check, or credit card (Visa and Mastercard) as well as with EC card.

Extras
Dogs only if agreed upon in advance (per day, without food: € 10.00).

Cancellation
If you cancel your stay at least two months prior to your scheduled arrival, you will not be charged any cancellation fees. When canceling between two and one month prior, we will retain the advance payment as the cancellation fee. If you cancel less than one month in advance, we must charge you 70% of the total cost of your stay.

Arrival and Departure Times
On the day of your arrival, your rooms will be ready for you starting at 3:00 p.m. On the day of your departure, we request that you vacate your rooms by 10:00 a.m. Guests traveling by train will be picked up at the Franzensfeste/Fortezza train station free of charge.
