THE SONNENBERG KITCHEN TEAM IS DEDICATED TO THE HIGHEST QUALITY AND A SUSTAINABLE APPROACH TO NATURE.

Our chef Markus obtains milk products, cheese, eggs and much more only from local producers. Top quality meat, Mediterranean and local spices, crunchy fresh fruit and vegetables, jam and honey – all are only from South Tyrolean producers, along with sustainably produced wines.

OUR WINE LIST OFFERS A HUGE CHOICE FROM WELL-KNOWN SOUTH TYROLEAN WINERIES.

We offer local wines from the Santerhof winery in Rio di Pusteria, as well as wines from San Paolo, Caldaro, Termeno, Cortaccia, Bolzano, Cornaiano, the Ritterhof in Caldaro, Alois Lageder, Elena Walch and many more besides.

Wine lovers and gourmets can look forward to wine tastings with hotel chef and sommelier Harald in the Sonnenberg’s “Bacchus” wine cellar.
