Dairy products, cheese, eggs, and honey are delivered from the immediate vicinity. Sun-ripened fruit and vegetables, meat and sausages that reflect the skill of their producers – everything comes from South Tyrol and is prepared with masterful precision for your plate – and, of course, for your glass!
